Advances and contracts with drivers

Frotivo is a management tool. Advances recorded on the platform are agreements solely between the operator (Frotivo customer) and its drivers. Frotivo is not a party to these agreements, does not grant credit and does not act as an intermediary.

Amounts, terms, instalments and any interest rates are set solely by the operator, who is responsible for complying with applicable law, including legal interest limits, tax obligations and any required contract form.

Contract texts are written by the operator. When the driver clicks "I have read and accept", Frotivo records the date and time, IP address, browser identification and a fingerprint (hash) of the accepted text, as proof that this exact text was accepted. Frotivo does not guarantee the legal validity of the contract and does not replace a qualified electronic signature where the law requires one.
